Although this was panned by critics as "not EDM enough," I hold W:/2016ALBUM/ as one of the most unique and explorative releases by what was a mainstream powerhouse of house music. deadmau5, even if the album has no cohesive order, still has grace and style when it comes to the quality of his music. From a deep and soulful bass to a drawn-out pluck, there's a level of detail everyone should bear witness to.
